Replacement Pipe Project

This customer had a very high lead content in his water, as proven by Southeast Water. After we spoke to the customer, we explained that we have to renew the whole water supply pipe to cure this problem.

We open cut the front garden and layed a new 25mm poly pipe from the meter box though the garden under the fresh hold and underneath the floor boards to the kitchen and connected to a new stop valve fitted in the kitchen. This also increases customer pressure by upgrading the pipe.
